This heavy-duty structure features a welded tubular steel framework construction, ensuring durability and strength. It is equipped with insulated wall and roof panels for enhanced thermal efficiency. Designed for easy handling, the unit includes forklift pockets and roof lifting eyes. The insulated fire walls are FM-approved and tested to LPS1208 standards, providing stability and integrity for 128 minutes and insulation for 30 minutes. With an FM-approved U-value of 0.18W/m²K, the structure ensures energy efficiency. Intumescent ventilation louvres are strategically placed on the end walls at both high and low levels, automatically sealing in the event of a fire. A corrosion-resistant paint finish enhances longevity, while tubular steel shelf rails allow for the secure storage of 2000kg pallets.
