Delivery Policy
We know you want your order fast, so our overall aim is Same Day Dispatch for Next Day Delivery, where at all possible.
Express Delivery Terms
We aim to dispatch all stock items on the same working day, when placed before 1pm or next working day for orders placed after 3pm.
- Orders must be placed & payment cleared by 1:00pm on the day of ordering
- Friday orders will be delivered on the following Monday
- Please be aware that if the dispatch or delivery day falls on a UK & Ireland Bank holiday delivery will take an extra day
- Highlands & Islands are excluded
- Subject to availability
Working days are classed as Monday- Friday.
Delivery Charges
Your delivery charge will be calculated & itemised during checkout, before completing your order.
Unfortunately, there are several products and locations we cannot calculate delivery for online and therefore, you will be prompted to get in touch for an accurate quotation.
Next Day Delivery Postal Restrictions
Whilst we offer next-day delivery coverage for much of the UK & Ireland; there are a few areas where we are unable to offer this expedited service.
We cannot offer next day to the following postcodes
AB, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE
Deliveries to the above are typically completed within 2-3 days.
For all addresses outside of UK & Ireland – please contact us for a quotation.
Order Tracking
We are unable to offer online order tracking at this time; however, you can of course check the status of an order by phoning the Hyde Park Environmental team.

Address Errors
We deliver to the exact address details you enter. Please check that you have given us the correct information before placing your order. We cannot accept liability for late, failed or missing deliveries due to an incorrect address.
If you have provided us with an incorrect address please call us on 028 9946 7469 or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible so that we can inform our parcel carrier and update our system.
