Delivery Policy

We know you want your order fast, so our overall aim is Same Day Dispatch for Next Day Delivery, where at all possible.

 

Next Day Delivery Terms

We aim to dispatch all stock items on the same working day, when placed before 1pm or next working day for orders placed after 3pm.

  • Orders must be placed & payment cleared by 1:00pm on the dispatch day.
  • Friday orders will be delivered on the following Monday
  • Please be aware that if the dispatch or delivery day falls on a UK & Ireland Bank holiday delivery will take an extra day
  • Highlands & Islands are excluded

Working days are classed as Monday- Friday.

 

Delivery Charges

Your delivery charge will be calculated & itemised during checkout, before completing your order.

Unfortunately, there are several products and locations we cannot calculate delivery for online and therefore, you will be prompted to get in touch for an accurate quotation.

 

Free Delivery Terms 

Free standard delivery is only available on online orders which are less than one standard UK Pallet size (1200 x 1000mm). This option must be selected at the checkout for the order to qualify for free delivery. Delivery costs will not be refunded once an order placed if free delivery is not selected. If your order is above 1200 x 1000mm and you select the free delivery option, you will be contacted with a delivery price.

 

Delivery Timescales

We will do our upmost to deliver your order on the date specified, however external factors which we cannot control may affect your order. We, therefore, cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale.

Orders are dispatched subject to stock availability; if we are unable to dispatch any of the items ordered, within the quoted timescale, we will deliver your part-order and inform you of any subsequent delay.

 

Next Day Delivery Postal Restrictions

Whilst we offer next-day delivery coverage for much of the UK & Ireland; there are a few areas where we are unable to offer this expedited service.

We cannot offer next day to the following postcodes

AB, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE

Deliveries to the above are typically completed within 2-3 days.

Order Tracking

We are unable to offer online order tracking at this time; however, you can of course check the status of an order by phoning the Hyde Park Environmental team.

Address Errors

We deliver to the exact address details you enter. Please check that you have given us the correct information before placing your order. We cannot accept liability for late, failed or missing deliveries due to an incorrect address.

If you have provided us with an incorrect address please call us on 028 9946 7469 or email us at sales@hydepark-group.com as soon as possible so that we can inform our parcel carrier and update our system.
