Environmental Racking Extension Shelf – 2 Levels | Bunded Storage Racking

The Environmental Racking Extension Shelf with 2 Levels provides a practical way to expand an existing environmental racking system for the organised storage of water-polluting substances. Designed for industrial liquid storage applications, the system incorporates shelf sumps to provide containment directly beneath stored containers.

The extension shelf follows the same robust design as the compatible basic environmental racking unit but requires only one additional upright frame. This modular configuration allows existing racking systems to be extended as storage requirements change, making it a flexible solution for warehouses, manufacturing facilities and industrial storage areas.

The racking construction includes an upright frame finished in traffic blue, cross beams finished in pure orange RAL 2004, galvanised retainer bars and a shelf sump finished in light blue RAL 5012. This provides a durable and clearly defined storage arrangement for industrial environments.

Measuring 3400 x 1100/1300 x 3000mm, the environmental racking system can be customised and extended to suit different storage requirements. Additional configurations are also available with suspended sumps and/or polyethylene inserts, providing greater flexibility depending on the liquids being stored and the requirements of the site.
