Self contained bunded storage unit designed for safe storage of highly flammable liquids, petroleum mixtures, pesticides, and other hazardous / temperature sensitive materials. Exterior walls and door panels manufactured from plastic coated sheet steel insulated with Firebatt, lined with internal galvanised sheeting to create a composite fireproof structure. Panelled, insulated and lined roof designed to comply with industry best practice in any critical event explosion. Fully welded leakproof sump covering the entire floor area, complete with removable galvanised floor grid. Ventilation via high & low flame arrested vents throughout. Rated for 1Hr Fire integrity / 1Hr Fire insulation. Double door entry, fitted with Yale security lock with internal override. Store on self contained base bearers, to prevent contact of sump with the ground and allow air to circulate under – fitted with forklift positioning pockets. Additional optional extras can be configured to meet storage or site specification, but can include shelving, fire detection, lighting, heating, extraction systems, fire suppression systems and temperature control.
