We will do our utmost to ensure availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
Licence for website access.
Hyde Park grants you a limited licence to access and make use of this website, but not to download or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Hyde Park. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents, any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices, any derivative use of this website or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Sale of goods
Sale of goods forms an integral part of any contract or agreement for the sale and supply of goods or services. Unless specific alterations or deletions are expressly agreed in writing on behalf of HydePark, this sale of goods shall apply in their entirety to all quotations made and all orders accepted on behalf of HydePark. Except as provided above, no servant or agent of HydePark has any authority to vary these terms or accept other terms proposed by a customer which are inconsistent with these conditions unless confirmed in writing.
Prices are subject to alteration without notice due to market fluctuations, or special offers provided through buyer negotiations with manufacturers and currency differences.
Whilst every effort is made to maintain prices applicable at order date, where it is necessary to implement increases which occur prior to dispatch, customers will be notified accordingly.
VAT will be charge on prices shown at the standard rate applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed accounts are due 30 days from date of delivery of goods.
Where no account is held terms are pro-forma invoice or credit card. All credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% charge.
HydePark reserve the right to suspend or terminate supply in default of payment terms.
HydePark will endeavor to meet any delivery date quoted but delivery dates are given only as a guide. If there are circumstances whatsoever which prevent or delay delivery, HydePark will not be bound to supply or make delivery of any goods ordered nor shall be liable for any damage or consequential loss or in any other way for failure to supply or delay in delivery when so prevented or delayed.
Cost of delivery
HydePark will charge delivery for goods at cost unless otherwise agreed by the management.
Return of goods
HydePark will not accept the return of goods for any reason unless prior agreement has been approved from management. All requests for return of goods must be made in writing to HydePark within 48 hours of delivery.
Goods returned for no reason will incur a handling charge of 30% of the goods value plus carrier costs.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and fit for resale.
Risk of title
It is the condition of the contract that the property in all products delivered by HydePark to the customer shall remain vested in HydePark until HydePark has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for the products delivered and all products agreed to be sold by HydePark to the customer for which payment is then due.
Until payment due under all contracts between the customer and HydePark has been made in full the customer shall hold the products upon trust for HydePark.
Until such time as the property in the products passes to the customer, the customer shall hold the products as the company’s fiduciary agent and bailee and shall keep the products separate from those of the customer and third parties and properly stored, protected and insured and identified as HydePark property.
Notwithstanding that the property in all products to be delivered to the customer by HydePark shall remain vested in HydePark until HydePark has received payment in full, the risk of damage to or loss of all or any such products shall pass to the customer forthwith upon delivery or deemed delivery thereof to the customer and as from such date of delivery or deemed delivery the customer shall be liable to pay HydePark the contract price for such products whether or not the same are damaged or lost prior to this dates that the property therein shall pass to the customer.
Until such time as legal title in the goods passes to the purchaser HydePark may at any time require the purchaser, its liquidator, receiver or administrator to return the goods or may repossess the goods by entering upon any premises of the purchaser or any third party where the goods are reasonably believed to be stored.
Information regarding the application and use of products supplied is available on request in accordance with health and safety at work. All goods are supplied on the condition that we cannot be held responsible if they are used for any other purpose than that specified by the manufacturer.
The purchaser is responsible to assess the risks and to satisfy himself fully as to the suitability of the product for the particular purpose intended. Any advice given is without legal responsibility and solely on the basis of information received.
In no circumstances will HydePark accept liability for any consequential losses however caused.
These conditions of sale override any conditions imposed by the purchaser, even if submitted in a later document.
All contracts between the seller and the purchaser shall be governed and construed in accordance with the current law and the purchaser agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the court of law in respect of them.
